The EnTrust tenant advisory team represented Digital Bridge Solutions in the sublease of 6,000 SF at 412 S. Wells located in the Chicago West Loop. EnTrust identified a plug & play space that provides full floor identity and accommodates Digital Bridge’s future growth needs. We worked diligently with the existing landlord and master tenant to structure the lease; while ensuring the objectives of all parties were met.
